A concept test gives you the chance to make improvements early on in order to become a better fit for your users and clients.
A concept test can help you:
- Understand user behaviour and the competitive landscape
- Test new solutions and prototypes at various stages
- Test communication concepts to see if you are reaching your target audience
The test process:
During the test, a group of 8-12 carefully selected participants will by guided by experienced moderators in order to offer you an in-depth understanding of how your idea is perceived, understood, and received.
The test takes approximately 1.5 – 2 hours, and during this time you will participate as a silent observer in order to better understand your audience.
